Manual Lymph Drainage

Manual lymph drainage (MLD) is a specialized massage technique. It is performed by the lymphedema therapist to stimulate the flow of lymph from the affected area. MLD is based on specialized manual techniques that have been used successfully in Europe since the 1930's.
